Stratton Shuttle Drivers are an important division of our resort team, transporting our guests and employees daily to the base area, parking lots, and other areas of the resort. They are an extension of the resort brand and are vital in the role of creating extraordinary memories. Pay for this position ranges from $20.00 - $26.00/hour.

Stratton is seeking friendly and upbeat drivers. Duties include driving guests to and from Weddings. . Passenger endorsement is also necessary for consideration for bus duties. Positions also available for those without a CDL.

Operating a vehicle is an essential function of this position and will require the applicant to meet the minimum requirements of Stratton's Driver Standards Policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Class B or C License, with passenger or school bus endorsement desired
• Good driving record is a must!
• Must be able to sit in a bus for most of the day, with minimal breaks
• Shifts are on weekends and during peak holiday periods
