• Good manual dexterity
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Working in outside weather conditions
• Attention to CRITICAL DETAILS
• Ability to lift 75 lbs overhead
• Work on ladders
• Able to use power tools
• Good communication skills
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

BENEFITS AND PERKS -

• Starting Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 depending on experience.
• After training: we have developed a way to work 32 hours a week and get paid for 40. (3 day weekend every week)
• Paid time off after 90 days
