Firehouse Subs is looking for Shift Leaders to join our team!

• Ability To Work At A Fast Pace – Our restaurants have a lot going on and speedy service is a must.
• Good Communication – Our crew works with each other on daily, no one can do the job alone.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 2+ years of restaurant experience
• 1-2 years of management experience in some capacity
• Food Manager Certification a plus
• Strong references

Job Responsibilities:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of the Company
• Maintains a positive work environment for team members and guests during each shift
• Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members are prepared for each day.
• Able to effectively open and close the restaurant.
• Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
• Responsible for the training and development of team members
• Ensure that team members prepare food items according to Company standards of quality, consistency and timeliness
• Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
• Typically work both opening and closing shifts each week
