Title: SharePoint Consultant Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for operational support within the SharePoint environment. Duties and responsibilities are listed as: • Provide ongoing production support for SharePoint • Interact with Stakeholders/Customers to gather requirements and build prototypes or solutions based on the client requirements using best practices and patterns of “out of the box” • Assist Stakeholders/Customers to identify shortcomings, analyze existing process, and recommend process improvements • Provide site design, and coding with Stakeholders/Customers SharePoint sites. • Create and maintain SharePoint templates. • Support the migration to SharePoint 2019 from SharePoint 2007. • Support sites hosted in SharePoint Online, including but not limited to scripting, maintaining configurations, and adhering to governance/best practices for SharePoint Online. • Support the design, development, and maintenance of applications for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web technologies, such as JavaScript, OAuth, OData, HTML 5.0+, CSS 3.0+ • Support in the design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management. • Attend internal and external customer meetings as required • Provide technical advice to team members and customers
