• Current or previous dispatching experience in an inbound call setting type of work environment (I.E. HVAC, Plumbing electrical, etc.)
• The ability to handle the high call volume.
• The ability to handle stressful situations.
• Possess strong computer skills.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to drive into the office.
