DESCRIPTION:
Kauai's leading Business to Business IT Company is seeking a Service Desk Dispatcher in Lihue, HI

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn and become proficient with our ticketing system (on the job training provided)
• Take inbound customer support calls and create tickets with detailed info on the issue
• Contact clients who create tickets through email and add any missing information
• Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact
• Schedule and dispatch tickets to our technicians
• Track all daily scheduled items with technicians to ensure work is completed

CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS:

• Must have strong multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent clerical and organization skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel
• Tech-savvy with experience in data entry
• Minimum of 45-50 WPM typing speed
• Strong customer service skills and focus
• Ability to remain calm in stressful circumstances
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Ability to gather and relay needed information for support issues
• Time management – set priorities when handling multiple tasks
• Team collaboration –collaborate with co-workers
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have excellent attendance

JOB:

• Hours: Monday -- Friday from 7:30 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m.
