We are seeking a Senior Vice President to join our leadership team who has Multicultural and Influencer Marketing expertise. As a SVP, you will lead the multicultural entertainment marketing business across several clients and focus on authentically connecting with diverse audiences for our beverage alcohol clients.
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. While the ideal candidate is in New York, Miami, or Los Angeles, we will consider remote candidates for this role as well.

What You’ll Do:
Client Service and Account Management
  • Lead culture-led programming for nationally recognized consumer brands, including talent-led activations and branded partnership opportunities/sponsorships
  • Build trust and become a valuable resource to your client(s) by understanding their goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients and inter agency partners on an on-going basis; is very comfortable and confident in giving informed opinions
  • Oversee and develop direct reports, including daily meetings, feedback sessions, annual reviews
  • Project manage across multiple brands on fast-moving campaigns
  • Develop and drive influencer + talent-led strategy against a client brief, which often includes PR objectives, and includes, but is not limited to, building out decks + client-facing sell-in materials and collaborating with agency partners to layer ideas
  • Lead an interagency team. This includes attending the brief, organization brainstorms, grounding concepts in insights from our technology and presenting to clients
  • Responsible for client budget allocation and management, as well as team billability – managing the “business of the business”
  • Trouble shoot issues that may arise efficiently and effectively
  • Supervise entertainment social media channels, digital news outlets, publications, and broadcast channels for information relevant to clients in order to proactively provide updates, entertainment information and pitch talent led opportunities to brand, and ultimately lead negotiation to execution of opp

Talent Procurement + Campaign Management
  • Lead the talent procurement process for brand partnerships against client brief, including talent needed for public relations, advertising, digital and influencer campaigns, and experiential
  • Ideal candidate should have experience negotiating brand partnerships for celebrity talent and should have a developed network of agents, managers, and publicists
  • Negotiate talent partnerships from scope of work through to long form contract on behalf of brand and agency clients; includes collaborating closely with internal business affairs and client legal teams
  • Own the development of client-facing materials, including scopes of work, formal offer letters, contracts, and presentations
  • Lead the execution of talent services once campaign kicks off, including being the main liaison between talent and client/agency partner, driving the coordination of talent approvals for campaign materials, supervising talent services against agreement

Brand Partnerships
  • Draw on your network to identify entertainment event + content opportunities (e.g. music video integrations, event sponsorships, etc.)
  • Lead the strategy and execution of brand partnership opportunities including everything from in-kind donations to large scale sponsorships and co-branded events)
  • Lead the recapping of programs in a timely matter, providing context on value + ROI

What You Should Have:
  • Previous agency experience with a proven track record of client leadership, should possess a minimum of 13+ years of experience in client serving and talent buying
  • Demonstrated experience working in multicultural or inclusive marketing, including branded partnerships + content
  • Experience within the alcohol/spirits vertical, with a deep understanding and connectivity to the multicultural consumer culture and lifestyle.
  • Experience authoring and executing the culture strategy for consumer brands
  • Familiarity with developing integrated talent-led campaigns that include paid, earned, social, and owned media for brands.
  • Solid understanding of pop-culture, including celebrities, athletes, musicians, digital talent, etc. With a finger on the pulse of all things culture + entertainment, know who and what is “hot”
  • Experience negotiating talent endorsement deals and/or brand sponsorships
  • Excellent people manager skills with demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing decks, presenting / pitching to clients
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines for influencers + paid brand partners / sponsorships
  • Understanding of SAG and ability to work with signatories to confirm allocations and financial implication of allocations, handle budget and payment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to lead team members while handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $250,000 - $275,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
