WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CNH Industrial is building the next generation connected vehicles and equipment that will light up new experiences and make our products smarter. To bring these products to market, we are seeking a multidimensional go-getter UI/UX Designer with vast experience in mobile, responsive web, Google Material Design and multi-platform services.



YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, design, and maintain screen flows to optimize user experience.
  • Create stylized icons that represent objects or concepts.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent UX documentation. Updating UX documentation with any design changes.
  • Participate in digital and UX department goals and initiatives.
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
  • Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Learn and stay informed on industry and technology advancements, tools, and design principles.
  • Analysis technical specifications and create user flows working alongside a team of engineers and software developers.
  • Participate with Front End Developers in ensuring designs are feasible and compatible with software requirements.
  • Preserve look and feel of applications across device types and screen sizes.
  • Work with Systems, Software, and Product Management to great user flows that solve our end customers' needs.
  • Effectively present work to partner teams and all levels of leadership
  • Lead UI/UX projects to define contents, assign tasks and ensure deliverables
  • Advocate, mentor and implement best practices in UX
  • Provide constructive and thoughtful feedback that creates a safe space to freely ideate, and collaborate
  • Create and maintain UX delivery plans
  • Mentor and train less experienced designers
  • Other duties as assigned


YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, HMI (Human Machine Interaction), Product Design, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 6 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Preferred Candidate will have:
  • Prior experience working for a manufacturing related firm
  • Prior experience working for a global product translated into multiple languages
  • Expert level in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • A strong digital portfolio
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as independently at times to perform design under minimal supervision
