In your new role you will:

• Provide test engineering expertise and troubleshooting support for product engineering, fab yield engineering, and design staff to debug and resolve product and test program issues.
• Perform test time reduction, test yield enhancement, quality improvements, and support customer requirements for new product opportunities.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Proficient in JAVA and C/C++
• Advantest V93K, Teradyne Magnum, J750, and Ultraflex Automated Test Equipment experience is a plus
• Conducting device/wafer level tests of Mixed-Signal, Analog RF, PA, and MCUs
• Characterizing and verifying device performance in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Completing product performance and data sheet compliance matrix through all rounds of design optimization and customer product sampling
• Statistical data analysis tools such as JMP, Spotfire, or similar
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel and Power Point
• Familiarity with Linux

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $ 71,300 salary per year
Maximum of $ 98,000 salary per year.

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
