This is a privately held multi -million-dollar company that is profitable with great group of people. This is a hands-on Senior Project Accountant; 702 and 703 billings; AIA documents; insurance, accounts payable for the projects; dealing with subcontractor – installations. Receivable from project. Change orders, interactions with project managers. Very profitable company and smaller office environment with and accounting team of 4 growing to 5 people. They handle larger projects.

- Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
- 4 + years project accounting for a construction or engineering company.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
