The Senior Net Revenue Manager (NRM) will drive profitable growth through making Net Revenue Management a winning asset for the Commercial organization in order to optimize margin and/or reinvest into brand/customer building initiatives. The Senior NRM Manager will be responsible for making NRM a strong muscle of the organization and embed NRM into Haleon business practices. This position will report to the Director, NRM & Trade Systems and will work closely with the entire sales, finance, demand planning and strategy teams.

The Senior Net Revenue Manager (NRM), is an experienced revenue management (trade investment) operations professional who provides effective leadership in identifying processes focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue with the commercial organization. The Senior NRM Manager establishes analytics and methods to measure internal and external revenue optimizing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Develop & Implement frameworks along NRM pillars of brand portfolio pricing, PPA, mix, promotion management and trade investment

Manage

  • Haleon pricing strategy including strategic roadmap, enhance process and reporting capability
  • Implement standardized Active Mix process & automated tool to identify mix opportunities along brand and channels
  • Develop & implement standard framework for promo effectiveness including ROI tool,
  • Provide standard framework for TI effectiveness
  • Take responsibility for creating new processes and systems to transition the team into new ways of working. Ensure that as the new working models are implemented there are on-going review and feedback from internal stakeholders to help drive change

Standardize reporting to support the analytics behind each NRM pillar

  • Support 3/1 Targeting setting utilizing NRM building blocks
  • Partner with cross functional teams in the development of new financial reports (TIM/PEA)
  • Lead the creation of suite of reports utilizing multiple data sources to support decision making across price, promo, pack arch & mix
  • Share Commercial and Competitive market dynamics to provide perspective when building NRM strategies
  • Provide strategic guidance on key revenue KPIs development

Build NRM capability across the organization:

  • Mentors a team of 3 NRM Analysts
  • Develop a NRM capability roadmap and execute this roadmap in close cooperation with cross functional partners
  • Embed NRM into daily business practices by ensuring NRM thinking is reflected in key processes and decision making
  • Champion mindset change in the organization fro to a holistic approach combining both the NRM mindset and consumer/shopper needs with our internal financial metrics
  • Connect, inspire and lead the organizational in NRM capability

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Minimum 5 years experience with P&L management, portfolio and revenue management analyses
  • Experience working with cross functional teams in sales/marketing, finance, insights or operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Consumer Goods Industry Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to think broadly and objectively to grow the business with a problem solving mindset
  • Commercially Driven
  • In depth understanding of the US Retail Environment
  • Analytically strong with ability to sort through multiple data sources
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills - cross-functional and at Senior leadership team level
  • Flawless oral and written presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
  • Ability and the desire to redesign processes and systems to create more efficiencies within the team
