Senior HVAC Service Technician

Min. Yrs. Experience: 5 Years

Education: High School/G.E.D./Trade School Graduate

Pay: $35 to $39 per hour, based on experience

Job Description

• Performs general/preventative maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Must have familiarity with BMS/DDC control systems.
• Need to be able to troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose, and repair various commercial HVAC systems.
• Chiller operational experience is desired.
• Must have practical skills and knowledge in light mechanical/electrical, painting, carpentry & plumbing.
• Knowledge of building environmental operations and maintenance such as AHU s, centrifugal fans, etc. is a plus.
• Work involves a variety of the following duties: assisting in the replacement of electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Must be able to maintain and complete small appliance repair.
• Good knowledge of general maintenance of light commercial & industrial equipment is required.
• Must have some knowledge of mechanical repairs, metal work and plumbing.
