POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team in Reamstown, PA. This position will be the providing accounting, commercial, and control capabilities. The incumbent will have accounting expertise with responsibilities for all journal entries and reconciliations for P&L and balance sheet. This person will also be a critical Finance contact for expense control insights, reporting to support commission payments, and variance explanations to adhoc requests. In addition to working with Finance and the business partners, this position will also interface with Shared Services supporting AR and AP.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Accounting close responsibilities of P&L and balance sheet
  • Intercompany reconciliations of AR and AP
  • Reporting analytics to support bonus and commission calculations
  • Support portfolio forecasting process related to balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L
  • Provide adhoc reporting to branches for expense controls and variance explanations
  • Partner with Shared Services to support receivable and payable performance
  • Key contributor to internal and 3rd party audit reviews

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus
  • 3+ years experience in Accounting or FInance
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with problem solving ability required.
  • Experience with an integrated ERP system, SAP experience a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office software in general with a very strong working knowledge of Excel functions.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
