Senior Electrical Engineer

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

I am working with a renowned pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Lansing, Michigan, that develops superconducting particle accelerators to produce medical radioisotopes. They have been hugely successful in recent years, so are continuing their expansion across the US. They are looking for focused, motivated individuals to join their team as a Senior Electrical Engineer.

This position will be responsible for the designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and upgrading systems for accelerators. You will operate particle accelerators and peripheral equipment, while performing analog circuit simulations and calculations to establish engineering specifications for systems upgrades. This senior role also involves the management of electrical staff and technicians and coordinating work with controls engineers.

Essential Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years’ experience in an electrical engineering role
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering science and technology
• Demonstrated understanding of circuit boards, electronic equipment, and processors
• Experience as a team leader or manager
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
