McCain Foods is seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Disruptive Innovation to join our growing team!
Responsibilities include:
- Primary liaison with Brand Team to define longer term ‘where to play’ spaces grounded in foresight analysis and founded in holistic strategic rationale
- Develop scale product platforms rooted in unmet needs, deep consumer insights and an ownable right to win
- Build a funnel with sufficiency & quality of ideas that yields a steady pace of innovation news to deliver in-market financial expectations
- Cross functional team leadership on projects with high levels of ambiguity
- Drive decision-making with senior leaders via Stage-Gate process
What will make you successful in this role:
- 7 years of brand management experience in consumer products goods
- Knowledge of ‘front end of innovation’ development process
- Experience with crafting winning concepts
- Lead commercialization of complex cross-functional projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (including strong presentation skills)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Passion for the food industry preferred
