Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Operations to join our team.

What you will do:

• Process and record AR transactions
• Verify that orders are filled and print invoices
• Assist drivers in the field with invoice changes
• Check in drivers and process invoices/post payments
• Process customer returns and answer billing questions
• Work with Customer Service and Warehouse team members as needed
• Maintain and update team procedures
• Support business improvement projects (e.g., digitization efforts)
• Monday - Friday (7:50 am - 5:15 pm) and potentially ~2 Saturdays/month (8:50 am - 1:15 pm), once trained
• Hours over 40 hours/week are paid at 1.5x hourly rate

What we are looking for:

• Experience with ERP type systems - e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Great Plains/Nav
• Computer-savvy: enter text, enter data, navigate multiple screens etc.
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Good communicator, team player and reliable
• Supervisor experience (preferred, not required)
• Spanish speaking (preferred, but not required)

Pay dependent on fit for position and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
