JOB TITLE:
Seasonal Staffing Coordinator - JPIX
JOB TYPE:
FT - 40 hours a week
(12 - 20 weeks starting in May)

ABOUT YOU:
This role is part of a seasonal HR recruiting team that is responsible for high volume seasonal staffing for our JostensPIX school photography business across the country.
YOU HAVE:
  • Drive. Ability to work well independently with little direction. Customer focus and a team player.
  • Technical skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Attention to detail. High attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities in fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Great communication skills. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience. Preferred experience working in a staffing environment.
  • Education. High School Diploma or GED. Preferred relevant post-secondary education with focus on Human Resources.
YOU WILL:
  • Recruit. Support the seasonal recruiting plan by posting, screening and tracking progress of JostensPIX hiring goals:
    • Identify recruiting resources per locals
    • Resume review
    • Applicant tracking
    • Interview scheduling
    • Conduct scripted phone screens
    • Make verbal job offers (where applicable)
    • Send turndown communications
  • Report. Assist with tracking weekly activity and progress to overall goal of project:
    • Number of applicants: applied, interviewed and status
    • Offers accepted and/or declined
    • Other metrics as defined upon project commencement
