Renew Sealcoating is a family-owned and operated business for 40 years. We are a reliable, dependable company you can count on that can handle any job, no matter how big or small! We back up our quality workmanship with a guarantee and proudly serve the Twin Cities and northwest surrounding area.

We are looking for full-time, self-motivated, dependable, and responsible workers for the upcoming season from April to late October.

Duties include:

• Reviewing daily job sheets and loading all required materials prior to leaving to job location
• Verifying that all equipment is in being used properly and reporting immediately any issues
• Safely apply the crack fill material into melting machines
• Safely apply the seal coat material with the use of spray wands & squeegees
• Verifying all applications are being applied to the company and customer standards
• Properly shut down all equipment when the job is complete ensuring all tools have been collected and securely fastened in trucks / trailers.
• Perform daily tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to work outside 8-12 hours/day
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends & overtime
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able / willing to work continuously on your feet
• Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures for long periods of time
• Must have a professional attitude to crew, customers and suppliers
• Must be able to strictly adhere to safety standards and job site requirements
• Experience in crack filling & sealcoating a plus, will train

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
