Job Description:

The Scrum Master supports the Technology Digital Banking Team and helps them communicate, solve problems and deliver a great products. It's their role to teach the team all ways of agile software practices, lead all Scrum ceremonies, and dashboard metrics.

Requirements:

• Project Management responsibilities within IT or other Business Areas:
• Financial Services background in digital / Direct banking is ideal
• Oversee scrum process and coach an agile team; facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaptation
• Lead PODs daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement
• Support Product Owner on release planning
• Provide Dashboard reporting leveraging tools like: JIRA and Confluence
• Conduct basic conflict resolution
• Facilitate basic communication and collaboration inside and outside the team
• Foster self-organization and growth within the team
• Generate agile mindset across teams through conversations and role-playing exercises
• Scrum Certifications preferred
