Seeking a home health aide or office person to work in our Miracle Makers branch of Harrisburg.

We are an independently owned non-skilled agency. We accept all three waivers and private pay including live-in.

We are looking for someone growth-minded and with a positive and excited demeanor. We hire attitude, not credentials.

We will train the right person.

We are looking for someone to assist with the following:

Payroll

Billing

Scheduling

Hiring

Screening (reviewing) applications

Running background checks

Managing Clock in and clock outs of caregivers

Recruiting and networking more caregivers and clients

Watching overtime to reduce costs when scheduling where possible

Following all ethical moral and legal guidelines and acting as a true miracle maker at all times

Being happy and grateful is a wonderful thing that we value at miracle makers

Reporting any field or office or call incidents to the supervisor immediately

We really value someone who is willing to also do caregiving when needed, that is the type of person we always prioritize when hiring because we always say it’s hard to be a car mechanic if you don’t work on cars, it’s hard to schedule and be a coordinator when you don’t do it yourself sometimes as well. It’s not required, but highly appreciated
