Reformation Home Health LLC is hiring for a hardworking, dependable, honest, organized, and disciplined Scheduling Coordinator. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, every other weekend with weekdays off on scheduled weekends . Located mainly in the Flint area, Reformation services patients and their families throughout Genesee County.

Reformation Home Health is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator whom has the ability to provide a structured scheduling process to maintain continuity of care assigning Care Coordinators to Patients, has the ability to follow company policies and procedures already set in place, is open to criticism and provides prompt response to direction from higher level staffing. Has the ability to utilize a computer in a prompt fashion. Willingness to attend daily meetings.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
