Synergy Companies is looking for a Scheduler to join our team! You will be helping to enter data from completed jobs into an online portal, contact customers to schedule for various programs


This is a full-time, in-office position.


Administrative responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices/staff
  • Data entry
  • Manage both digital and hard copy filing system
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Work with other administrators on tasks as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - Spanish (Required)
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of working with computers/tablets
  • Must be comfortable working with formulas in excel/google sheets
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite applications (Gmail, calendar, drive, sheets)
