Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Program Management Office to align project plan with delivery and integration plans with enterprise strategy
  • Introduce, manage and facilitate Jira for portfolio program management
  • Establish and maintain metrics/KPIs for Program Delivery heath, operational support and project initiatives
  • Liaise with technical programs to align dependency efforts (Salesforce, Infrastructure)
  • Serve as a change agent for agile methodology adoption within the implementation team and users
  • Provide reporting for Program Management Office, implementation team, and Stakeholders
  • Assist technical leads in identifying and resolving risks and blockers
  • Manage content for portfolio health presentations
  • Introduce and conduct Program Design and Build working sessions

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years Project/Program Management, preferably within SAP S/4 HANA or RISE technical teams
  • Deep understanding of agile best practices; SAP Activate, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum
  • Experience in managing content for portfolio health presentations
  • Excellent communication skills across different cultures and seniority levels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • SAP S/4 HANA Experience required

Education and or Training

  • Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).

Work Environment

  • Office environment
  • It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 90%

  • This position is only remote within the United States

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.

At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 89,700.00 - 166,700.00 USD Annual.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $89,700 - $166,700.
