We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sanitation process in our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in food sanitation, sanitation supervision, food safety, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sanitation process in the manufacturing facility
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Develop and implement sanitation procedures and guidelines
• Train and supervise sanitation staff
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and clean working environment
• Manage the sanitation budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to food safety and sanitation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food sanitation, sanitation supervision, food safety, and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP)
• Experience with sanitation equipment and chemicals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Experience creating SSOP's and analyzing new machinery
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
