DEVELOPER

The main focus of the engineering specialist will be to be the product expert

for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and help business units with designing, developing,

testing, integration, deployment of Emailing solutions, to help maintain, develop tools,

standards and best practices as well as shared services and reference implementations

around them in Bluvacanze.

The engineering specialist will be involved in the complete lifecycle of the projects and

will therefore be involved in the engineering, installation, integration, administration and

support of the product and infrastructure required for the underlying projects

Key Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate;

• Working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and specifically with

Automation, Journey (also Journey Activity) and Email Content Creation features.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin Certificate.

• Working knowledge of Administrative operations such as managing Business Unit,

Users, All Contact counts.

• Knowledge of SQL Activity, Import Definition, File Transfer, Data Extracts.

• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server query language.

• Knowledge of Reply Mail Management, Sender profile features.

• Aptitude for problem solving.

• Team player with strong communication skills, strong sense of commitment ,

troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
