Job Summary/Description:

KBTX open position available for a full-time sales support team member to serve as a liaison between viewers and clients. This position will support local sales staff, sales management and the office manager as well as work closely with master control and promotions department.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Answer in-coming calls and greet in-coming station guests
• Handling shipping and receiving duties
• Accurately input advertiser commercial instructions into the WideOrbit database within daily deadlines
• Maintain with accuracy the commercial, promo and PSA database in WideOrbit Traffic.
• Confirm traffic instructions to various advertisers and agencies as needed/requested
• Daily reconciliation of completed logs for billing purposes
• Retrieve, review, and upload commercials, promos, and PSA’s for air
• Provide a twice daily dub list of commercials to master control
• Basic order entry into WideOrbit Traffic system
• Provide admin support to sales managers, account executives, and office manager as needed
• Create quarterly station newsletter
• Other support duties as necessary

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior clerical work experience in office setting preferred
• Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Excellent data entry skills
• Proficient with office equipment
• Must be customer service oriented and have experience working with the public
• Must have strong attention to detail, and maintain accurate records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently with little supervision, yet committed to team environment
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must represent company with professionalism and integrity
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Clean Driving Record & dependable transportation
