This position is located in our Corporate Office in Hendersonville.

Qualifications

Your duties will include:

  • Provides the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Builds long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, old and new
  • Must be comfortable spending lots of time on the phone
  • Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products Identifies and qualifies potential sales leads
  • Reaches out to customers by phone and email
  • Performs outbound calls to prospective customers (Early Education Centers) and speaks with decision-makers to gauge interest and ultimately schedule portrait session appointments
  • Ability to hear and respond to your customers needs
  • Follows up with prospects via email or through follow-up calls
  • Updates companys CRM database with account changes, appointments, and all communication to prospective customers
  • Follows up with customers to secure bookings, responds to questions and solves or refer problems
  • Learns to build 'target lists' by researching the Internet and potential customer lists for new centers in targeted areas
  • Position focused strongly on lead generation performing cold calls and emailing new prospects
  • Weekly outbound call goals as well as weekly lead generation goals

The skills and experience required for this position include:

  • The ability to build solid relationships with customers
  • Strong and engaging phone voice with clear presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to make outbound" calls as easily as you take "inbound" calls
  • A data-driven approach (understanding of the importance of collecting and saving accurate customer information)
  • Ability and desire to learn new computer programs and systems
  • Excellent Internet research skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in Excel
