Job description
Pay and benefits:
- No cap income on sales
- Make $2K-$10k+ per deal - Top producers last year earned over $200k
- Sell top brands of solar which allows for a better customer experience and more sales
- High-quality sales training, online training and mentoring provided
- Representatives are taught how to generate leads through multiple methods including, but not limited to, direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online, community events/shows, and social media
- Advancement opportunities are available and are based on performance
- Company incentives include company trips, conferences, contests, and cash bonuses.
Position Expectations:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic Microsoft Suite competence
- Generate interest from customers following our programs.
- Our Representatives are not responsible for running permits or executing any part of the installation.
- Work in an assigned territory close to home or choose to travel outside of your current location.
- Daily reports and briefings
- Must have transportation
