In this active sales role, you will be responsible for generating and converting new leads via prospect and patient engagement and education on the Lindora programs, products, and services. Program Consultants support the clinic manager in being a key driver of clinic revenue and achieving revenue goals. This position works in supporting the overall clinic operations including, patient care, program/membership/product education, and sales, inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Complete program consultations daily for both new and restarting Lindora patients.
Perform activities related to meeting/exceeding monthly clinic performance goals through ownership of the clinic membership and clinic cash sales goals.
Demonstrate an ability to quickly identify customer needs, assess patient concerns to address needs of and close sales with prospective and returning patients.
Handle each patient interaction with courtesy and respect to guarantee exceptional service while supporting company values and policies.
Complete a minimum of 100 assigned patient care calls daily via the Phone Contact module in line with the contact policy.
Accurately manage clinic revenue, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
Assist in inventory management of all products, supplies, etc.

Work in collaboration with teammates in support of management.
Role model through behavior and actions the company values to both colleagues and patients.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years of previous sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or business-to-business setting.
Associates or Undergraduate Degree preferred; High School graduate or equivalent is required

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to connect with our patients and build strong sales relationships
Possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility and high integrity; and an excellent work ethic.

Schedule:

  • Day shift ( 40 hrs. per week/8 hrs. a day )
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 415 W.Ventura Blvd; # 200 Camarillo, CA Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Direct sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Preferably in health & wellness, fitness, retail , or health care sales.
