Experienced Sales Representatives Needed. Self-motivated, positive, customer service and sales driven personality required with strong organizational skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• Sales Experience is required

• Experience marketing to consumers

• Proven ability to make an informative presentation and get to "YES" in order to close deals.

• Sales Representative will possess excellent communication skills and also have experience with "closing sales".

• The goal of this position is to increase sales, on our website, UberEATS, and Walkins at our groceries store.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Reliable transportation, phone

• Ok with working out of the store, visiting various nursing homes, veterans' affairs offices, business offices, day care, schools, finding unique ways to gain sales

• Excellent oral, written and communication skills

• Must be goal-oriented and strive for personal success, and motivated by friendly competition

• Must be eager to learn and grow continuously.

• Demonstrable skills in direct sales, customer service, and time management.

• Is not too timid to close deals

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Selling beautiful arranged fruits and vegetables packages.

• Promoting health eating

• Maintain and grow current customer base, including upselling and cross-selling our produce boxes and packages, door to door, business visits, phone calls to your customers.

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid Proposals arguments to prospective customers

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Provide exceptional customer service:

• Solve customer problems accurately and in a timely fashion

• Create and build strong customer relationships

• Create an excellent experience for customers through a friendly attitude and demonstrating product & service expertise.

• Actively recommend, promote, and sell treatments solutions recommended by physicians.

• Maintain regular communication with other staffs to promote product sale and optimize scheduling and customer service.

• Interacts with patients and other departments to resolve consumer relation issues.

Compensation We Offer Sales Representatives: Contract/Commission only

• Weekly expected earnings are $1000-$1480

• Medium $54.99

• Large $74.99

You make commission on each item you sell

Example- You sell 8 large packages at $74.99; let's say you sell 8 packages each day for 5 days, you’ll earn $1,480 in commission. We provide the product, and you sell, you can earn good money, and you are also saving lives by promoting health eating and lifestyle.

Must live in near Lauderdale Lakes area or able to commute to the Market
