We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will manage the following tasks:
- Drive the definition of sales processes guidelines, build consensus and develop adoption
- Implement tools and processes for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, PBU to ensure proper alignment
- Develop best practices that align sales data quality with Company initiatives
- Collaborate with Regional and HR teams for the mapping and alignment of sales team structure
- Drive the definition templates of sales incentives plan
- Manage the monthly cadence on business reporting and forecasting for the business segments
- Drive executive interactions and conduct alignment workshops with sales leaders
- Work with other departments to ensure the proper CRM implementation
Required Skills:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent skills and experience
- Previous experience in Sales or Business Operations, Finance or other related fields
- Attitude to planning and definition of processes, procedures and policies
- Good analytical skills and able to prioritize tasks and projects
- Problem solving, good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Available for business trips
- Sound command of English
