Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, quotas, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and IT to ensure alignment of sales processes and systems with overall business strategy.
  • Manage and optimize sales technology and tools such as CRM, sales automation, and reporting systems.
  • Develop and implement sales training and development programs.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage and motivate the sales operations team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or relevant work experience in place of formal education.
  • Sales Operations Manager position should have 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field, such as sales management, marketing, or finance.
  • Proficient in using sales technology and tools such as CRM, sales automation, and reporting systems. Strong analytical skills and be able to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • High level of attention to detail, including the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Good understanding of the real estate industry and its sales practices, although specific industry knowledge requirements may vary depending on the company and position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
