SDR Systems Group is in search of a SDR who will be responsible for B2B sales enablement through cold calling and and social selling . This position has high potential for upward mobility; successful SDRs will be promoted to project managers.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute the company's selling program
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls in an appointment setting effort
  • Create and follow-up with sales leads to convert to Sales Representatives
  • Propose and implement new lead avenues and sources
  • Work with marketing team to maintain awareness of competitor's advertisements and services offered
  • Complete assigned training and learning materials as required for advancement opportunities
  • Participate in company training classes to remain current on products, offerings, and programs
  • Review data and performance with supervisor on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Complete other projects and special assignments as requested by immediate supervisor and management team

Requirements:

  • Confidence in the pursuit of making appointments as you will get NO’s very often
  • Diligent work ethic and desire learn is a MUST!
  • Must be self-motivated AND a team player
  • Professional phone skills required as you will be dealing with business owners and decision makers
  • Articulate and an acute attention to detail
  • Must possess a general working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.
  • Knowledge of general IT & Cloud terminology and concepts required.
  • Previous experience with lead generation, volume telephone sales, Experience with cold calling/telemarketing preferred.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to overcome objections, both written and verbal.

Required education:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent

  • High volume calling: 1 year

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
