Your Mission:

Provide excellent service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.

Achieve the sales targets.

Maintain an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware.

Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.

To ensure that all relevant procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards.

Guarantee the replenishment of the stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.

Build the relationship and collaborate with Rinascente’s Retail team.
-
Additional ad hoc duties as when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.
Your Talent:
-
Sales Experience and within a luxury brand.
-
Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
-
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
-
Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively
-
Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal

Excellent communication skills
-
Fluent in Italian and English, other languages (Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) a plus

Strong Clienteling skills and experience.
