Your Mission:
  • Provide excellent service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.
  • Achieve the sales targets.
  • Maintain an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware.
  • Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • To ensure that all relevant procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards.
  • Guarantee the replenishment of the stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
  • Build the relationship and collaborate with Rinascente’s Retail team.
  • Additional ad hoc duties as when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.
Your Talent:
  • Sales Experience and within a luxury brand.
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively
  • Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English, other languages (Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) a plus
  • Strong Clienteling skills and experience.
