We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Project Manager for our First Quality Consumer Products located in King of Prussia, PA.
This role partners closely with marketing operations, creative and sales team’s to support all project request from inceptions to artwork export/close; projects include, not limited to: new products, assortment optimizations, packaging redesigns, content development review and approval process, and digital content auditing. The position will own, optimize, and streamline the creative artwork development, review and auditing process, while working closely with PLM teams to improve the processes and procedures to eliminate inefficiencies, improve customer relationships and support overall business objectives

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Lead all sales and marketing project requests; including (not limited to) new products, assortment optimizations, packaging development and redesigns, digital content and other marketing collateral.
  • Lead technology strategy for artwork project management tool, ESKO, specifically to support changing business requirements such as content review & development and digital auditing process; to help support changing legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ownership and accountability for all project requests; if projects run into delays or roadblocks, work with key stakeholders internally and with externally to quickly communicate timeline changes and solutions to potential delays.
  • Complete and coordinate all First Quality and customer specific documentation to support project; examples include -IPS process, PIR, artwork starter kits/templates customer specifications sheets and status reporting.
  • Own all stages of the creative process with all departments (including Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Product Development, Regulatory, and Legal).
  • Workings closely with the Creative group to schedule artwork requests and ensure designers have proper time and understanding of project expectations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PLM team to establish timing to support business goals on key project requests.
  • Coordinate artwork project update calls and provide weekly status report to key stakeholders, and customer agency partners.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration with category and customers marketing, PLM and local teams to monitor all artwork project activities.
  • Owns all relationships with customer artwork contacts and agencies.
  • Own KPI performance for all key artwork projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead a team Sales and Marketing Coordinators that support everyday process management.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large, complex marketing projects, including new product launches across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail oriented and ability to follow a project plan / checklist to make sure all aspects of a campaign are setup properly
  • Knows how to create urgency for both customer and team members, with enthusiasm and straight talk-whatever the situation dictates
  • Knowledge of working within a project life cycle development system needed.
  • Extensive experience working cross functionally by directing teams and teammates to accomplish a given goal/s or complete a given project.
  • Open to candid feedback and brings initiative, humility and a strong desire to learn and grow in a start-up environment
  • Excellent time management skills required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with diverse groups within the company (Marketing, Creative, Engineering, QA, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Shipping/Distribution) and with external customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent collaboration skills are required. This role is a crucial part in our team communication and collaboration with our internal and external partners (agencies and accounts)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
  • Extensive experience in Esko WebCenter needed
  • Strong accountability and project management for tasks without close supervision.
  • Strong technical ability and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, organized and efficient with high standards for grammar/visual consistency & accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Product Marketing fundamentals.
  • Positive and self-motivated individual, with ability to adjust and adapt in a regularly changing environment.
  • Normal mobility, manual dexterity, normal visual and auditory ability.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language and perform basic mathematical skills.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent repetitive use of hands
  • Infrequent travel required, as needed
