Job description

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image.

Ensures that Tour and Travel, Wholesale, Bus Promotions and Catering clients receive superior guest service.

Interfaces with Bus, Tour and Travel, Convention and Catering Representatives.

Maintains accurate accounting.

Resolves client concerns.
6. Maintains current and potential client relationships.

Coordinate departmental activities for tour and travel, bus promotions, wholesale and catering bookings.

Must be computer literate with LMS, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Ability to learn new software applications. Duties require professional, verbal and written communication skills.

Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Other related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Licenses
