We are a leading RV dealership in Forest Lake, MN seeking multiple full time and part-time employees to assist with various duties both inside and outside our dealership. Successful candidates will be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. We offer competitive pay and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Interactions with our manufacture's
• Conducting product demonstrations and tours for customers (In-store Products and Trailers) (Willingness to learn new products as well)
• Hooking up, moving and adjusting RV's and Trailers
• Attending events and trade shows with the dealership's team (May include weekend's, Minnesota State Fair and holidays if necessary)
• Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed, including running errands, assisting with marketing efforts, and completing paperwork
• Maintaining the appearance of the dealership, including keeping the lot and showroom clean and organized
• Performing light / moderate maintenance and routine tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, mowing, office tasks, general work and dealership needed miscellaneous tasks
• Assisting with inventory management, including checking in new inventory and ensuring accuracy of stock levels
• Training will be provided for all duties, including cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation (Driver's License a plus)
• Willingness to pick up a task at hand, phone or product and learn
• Any Fish House, RV or Trailer knowledge a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and perform various duties
