Position: Registered Nurse.

Specialty: Home health

Location: San Jose, CA

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks (Contract).

Shift: 8,Hours(Day shift)(08:30 AM to 05:00 PM)

Hours Per Week: 40 hours.

License and Certification: BLS, Covid card, RN license, Driving License.

Job duties may be include but not the limited:

• Administering medication to patients.
• Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
• Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.
• Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
• Measuring vital signs.
• Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.
