Retirement Plan Consultant

Our growing retirement plan advisory business has an opportunity for a detail-oriented team member with a minimum 3+ years’ experience in the retirement plan services and/or financial services industry. We are specifically looking for someone experienced in managing qualified and non-qualified plans. As our RIA department continues to grow, we seek a candidate to work with our retirement plans as the day to day contact. You will support the Retirement Plans Account Executive and manage plans directly as the point of contact for client service delivery. All applicants must display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, exemplary customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Job Details
Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year - Quarterly bonus opportunity
Job Type: Full-time EDUCATION/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience

Series 65 or 7 license (Investment Advisor Representative) or ability to obtain within 6 months
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to build strong client relationships.

Strong quantitative and analytic skills.

Maintain effective working relationships with assigned clients

Schedule, prepare for and facilitate committee meetings and participant education delivered at client locations or virtually

Competent computing skills including working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), salesforce, and 3rd party recordkeeping systems

Participate in retirement plan strategy discussions with colleagues and industry partners to keep abreast of trends and changes

Ensure conformance with TCG guidelines and regulatory policies

In a timely manner, maintain and update CRM (salesforce) on existing customers

Manage projects, educate plan participants, act as vendor liaison and other duties as assigned

Help identify changing needs and develop strong customer relationships

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
