Essential Job Functions

• Responsible to maintain POG integrity, maintain POP, dust and straighten sets, pack down counter and bring out back stock.

• Responsible to secure and build off counter displays.

• Responsible to develop store level contacts within their territory.

• Responsible to drive sales through store level management where applicable.

• Responsible to train / PK store personnel, SPAR, Acosta, MET and any other service companies chosen by the company where applicable.

• Responsible for competitive field intelligence from competition within their territory.

• Responsible to conduct regional price surveys when requested.

• Responsible to facilitate buybacks in their territory where applicable by account.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency

• 1 – 2 years of merchandising experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated

• Strong people skills

• Demonstrated time management skills including ability to handle multiple and differing priorities

• Ability to drive, clean driving record

• Ability to lift 40lbs consistently
