We are excited about growing our team of residential technicians. Progressive Water Solutions is a family-owned, Durham-based company looking for someone with the necessary technical qualifications of course, but more importantly- someone who is customer focused! We are looking for a person with a positive, get-the-job-done attitude who enjoys talking with our customers about the work you do and our industry-leading products.

We are hiring an installer for water treatment equipment throughout the greater triangle area. Our work is focused on treating problem water and ensuring safe water in homes. Our technicians are installing all types treatment equipment including softeners, reverse osmosis, bacterial disinfection, iron solutions, etc. Most work is performed in crawlspaces and garages.

Ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing water and drainage systems and a minimum of one year experience in plumbing trade. Additional job training specific to our products will be provided.

This position requires you to be skilled at, and enjoy working independently, communicating system operation and maintenance needs to customers, working in a detail-oriented fashion, and working to exceed our customers' expectations. We don't just get the job done- we work hard to create raving fans who will go out and tell others about the great products and service they received at every level of the company.

As a growing company, we are all part of the Progressive Water Solutions Team. Each person has key areas of responsibility, but our Technicians can on occasion also be found making a minor repair at the office or manning the grill for a team cookout lunch.

Compensation is based on experience. In addition to a base salary, we offer commissions, bonuses, overtime and additional pay based on revenue generated. Experienced technicians can expect first year earnings at the higher end of the range.

Work days are Monday-Friday and occasional weekend opportunities. Hours vary by day based on jobs. Most work is completed between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Must have valid NC driver's license, be insurable and pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
