JOB SUMMARY

Works within the vision, mission and philosophy of the agency. Performs data collection and data management to meet state, county and/or agency requirements. Supports clinical programs with information, data analysis and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Conducts data collection and data entry for county, state and /or agency required surveys and forms.

2. Generates outcomes-related auto-reports from agency systems for regional executive and clinical director staff.

3. Generates document tracking reports from agency systems for clinical directors and Clinical Program Managers.

4. Communicates regularly with clinical programs regarding the status of their data collection including missing data or data integrity issues.

5. Conducts bibliographic literature searches.

6. Establishes and maintains positive and effective working relationships with employees throughout all levels of the organization.

7. Performs other related responsibilities, as assigned, to support specific department/business needs.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College level coursework in behavioral or social science, or related experience in data collection and knowledge of basic research methods.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in program research, data collection, elementary level evaluation, and usage of statistical software package required.

OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires flexibility to work non-standard hours, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Requires strong communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable using computers.
