Position Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate Deliveries for New & Used Equipment

Maintain Branch Inventory

Review vendor bills for accuracy and code for payment

Maintain Quotes and Orders

Review Dealer Co-ops, Infringements and National Account orders for accuracy and bill accordingly

Collect Forecasting

Review Backlog with Sales Reps for accuracy

Administer Sales Documents

Create Invoice

Create/Review Costing sheet

Review and clear costing accruals

Request and process Lease Documents

Review Work Orders for New & Used Equipment

Maintain Sales Files

Coordinate Purchase of Allied Equipment

Other duties as assigned by Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma

Requirements:

• Must have a good mechanical aptitude
• Maintain a good driving record
• Previous experience with forklifts is a plus.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Reaches to answer phones
• Moves about, occasionally through uneven terrain
• Read paperwork, files and records on the computer
• Communicates by phone and in person
• Bends body to file various paperwork
• Walking and moving about on foot often through uneven terrain
• Hears well enough to receive communication by radio, phone and in person
• Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist
• Remains in standing position if required to perform various functions of the job
• Climbs in and out of equipment

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Related experience could be substitution for school requirements
