RN - Cardiac Surgical Step Down Unit

• Seeking an experienced RN for this 36 bed adult population unit, caring for patients with all aspects of heart disease appropriate for surgical intervention.
• Common diagnosis includes coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, aortic disease and congenital heart disease. Patients on Ellison 8 are after heart surgery, including: coronary artery bypass graft, valve replacement, Heart Transplant and Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) placement. Patient teaching is strongly emphasized with respect to cardiac risk factor modification.

Current Massachusetts RN license required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Must have at least one year of nursing experience. Telemetry experience is preferred.
