Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) located in the lakefront city of Tavares, FL.
Monday - Friday Schedule (No evenings/weekend work)
As our Registered Nurse,you will be an integral part of the clinic’s healthcare team assisting our physicians in the care and teaching of patients in our oncology clinic.
Our nurses provide exceptional care for patients through every step of their cancer journey. We value their skill and expertise and provide the environment and tools to help them succeed.
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence, with experience in IV therapy.
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is a plus
- Warmth and the ability to assess patient needs and condition is important.
- Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Current CPR & BLS certifications.
- Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills.
