Quality Auto Parts, LLC is an independently owned group of NAPA Auto Parts stores located in the Northern Shenandoah Valley. We have been providing great service and parts in the area since 1973 and been an independent jobber with NAPA since 1996.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, NAPA AUTO PARTS Floating Counter Salesperson / Retail Support Specialist will play key role in supporting store sales when extra help is needed AND standardizing our retail customer service experience throughout our six store group. Use of Company Vehicle or Stipend is included in compensation package IN ADDITION to base pay PLUS incentive based compensation. Our Know How is the reason our customers continue to come back, and we depend on this position to maintain our commitment to quality and service every day of the year.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO ALL SIX LOCATIONS (Woodstock, Front Royal, Warrenton, Broadway, New Market and Winchester, VA)
• Open and/or close store locations based on store schedule
• Complete daily cash deposit/reconciliation
• Post and process daily invoice receipts
• Standardize and keep retail sales areas up to date
• Complete operational projects as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person, via the telephone, or through online ordering
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 Year auto/truck parts sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of retail planogram, inventory posting and cash deposit experience
• Mechanical background very helpful
• Work evenings and weekends
• Paint and/or Heavy Duty experience is a plus.
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record REQUIRED
• ASE Certification is a plus
