This in-person position will be split between our Meriden and Manchester locations to assist the recruitment department. Occasional weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Applicant Tracking System to screen and recruit new hires for the facility.
• Assist HR and HR Staff Assistant with new hire orientation and all onboarding documents.
• Collect employee application packages and accurately screen for completeness of all required documents.Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
• Create new hire personnel files, ensuring all required documentation is completed and collected.
• Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Responsible for assiting with completing background check screenings in accordance with company policy, including ABCMS, Research Services and OIG searches.

• In person attendance in the office is an essential job function of this position

Qualifications

• At least one years’ experience working in the recruitment field, required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.

• Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required.

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required.

• Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required.

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and social media for recruitment preferred, but not required.

• Ability to maintain confidential information, required.
