For Our Finance Division in Rome, we are searching for a RTR Finance Specialist candidate, with following responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing, supporting RTR FSS in monitoring US GAAP and SOX adherence
• Monitor capital budget, B&S accounts and WBS regular update, following up with internal stakeholder to resolve identified issues
• Provide a key contribution in developing, tracking and refining Procure to Pay and CTE KPIs, timely highlighting risks and opportunities and corrective action proposals
• Contribute to regularly update local standard operating procedures, guaranteeing adherence to global standards
• Support Controller in internal and external audits, entity Plan, statutory preparation and transfer price documentation for the entire legal entity
• Support Finance Manager in Transparency, external vendors management and legal, tax and entity compliance

• University degree in Economics
• At least 3 years experience in a Finance role with a focus on Cost Accounting/Controlling. Knowledge of pharma business is considered as a plus
• Ability to analyze data and draw down key conclusions and actions
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP
• Used to matrix and multinational environment;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
