Job description
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Responsible for notifying firm personnel of visitor arrival
  • Operates telecommunication system by answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude and demeanor towards guests and firm personnel.
  • Responsible for retrieving and distributing incoming mail and sending out outgoing mail.
  • Maintains online filing database. Creates and organizes hard copy files.
  • Maintains office supply levels by reordering and replenishing as needed.
  • Upkeeps common areas of office including breakroom.
  • Assists OM and legal assistants as needed.
  • Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 PM - 5:00 PM with 1 hr lunch.
  • Must be able to assist in San Francisco office once a month.
