The Receptionist/Cashier receives payment for products or services sold and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction.

Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls promptly, politely and professionally
• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
• Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Keeps work area neat and clean
• Quality assurance by verifying receivables and balancing cash drawers
• Oversight of guest refreshment stations maintaining cleanliness and fully stocked at all times

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year office experience with excellent customer service skills
• Team oriented
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR and background check
• Dealership experience preferred – CDK a plus
